The Problem

A printing company with 16 locations including a press house and paper warehouse was facing problems with inconsistent pricing, quotations, and marketing initiatives. The accounting department of the 16 corporations was obtaining inconsistent consumer data and the overall business was loosing control over the corporate locations due to lack of training and communication among the individual corporate stores.
The company wanted to initiate in franchising its operation but faced the above issues in order to present potential franchisees with a consistent business model.
 

The Solution

Through the development of a web based application that integrates all 16 locations along with the two suppliers as part of a SCM integrated tool, we would allow for consistent sales data to be obtained for the accounting department.
An integrated loyalty system would allow clients to use points at all 16 locations and the marketing department to utilize the e-CRM tools embedded into the system for personalizing each users experience. As a result, the company would benefit from gaining control over its user base and increase the bottom line through automated and consistent marketing techniques conducted through the head office. The administrator would be able to monitor the activities of employees and create / make avail a comprehensive training module for the purpose of human resource and development.
